Shaky heart
Day 3 of a three day alternatives-to-violence workshop I presented to women recovering from abuse, addiction, and/or homelessness. Today the walls came down, and the women let themselves be seen. Listening to their stories of pain and hope and confusion and vulnerability, this image came to my mind.
